Journaling When Your Brain Won’t Shut Up
Quiet the mental noise, figure out what’s actually going on in your brain, and make a life plan that actually sticks, even if you’ve tried journaling before and it never clicked.
Attend the workshop at any time that suits you!
No specific dates required.

Hosted by Alexa, self-care creator & founder of Ambitiously Alexa
Here’s what nobody tells you about journaling
I spent years writing in journals and somehow always ending up more in my head than when I started. Just pages and pages of the same spiral, different day.
And if you’ve ever journaled and thought “okay but now what?” that’s not a you problem. That’s a structure problem.
Most people treat journaling like a brain dump and call it self-care. Which, same girl, I did this for years. But dumping thoughts onto a page without any direction just means your chaos now lives in two places: your head and your notebook.
This workshop is about actually doing something with all of that. Turning the noise into clarity, and the clarity into a plan you’ll realistically follow through on.

What we’ll work on
We cover two things that are way more connected than people realize:
A. your mindset
B. your goals
Because you can’t build habits or make progress when your brain is stuck in survival mode, and you can’t actually rest if you have no direction.
part one – mindset: how to clear mental clutter with a brain dump that actually works, how to stop a negative thought loop mid-spiral, and how to reduce the decision fatigue that’s quietly draining your energy every single day.
part two – goal planning: how to set goals built around who you actually are, how to align your daily habits with what you want long-term, and how to stop letting your ambition come at the cost of your mental health.
you’ll walk away with six journaling exercises you can use the same day, plus a 12 month action plan to actually follow through on.
A little about me
hey, I’m Alexa!
Psychology grad from San Diego State University, creator of self-care brand Ambitiously Alexa, and someone who spent years journaling in circles before figuring out that structure is what makes it actually work.
I built this workshop because I kept seeing the same thing: smart, motivated women who wanted to make progress but couldn’t get out of their own heads long enough to figure out where to start! The exercises in this workshop are the ones that actually helped me get unstuck, and I’ve been teaching them for a few years now.
I decided to make this free for everyone. It’s straight forward, it’s self-paced, and it might actually help.
